Paver Cleaning and Sealing

Gator Epoxy provides a comprehensive 6 step process to clean, re-sand and seal your paver driveway and walkways. We don’t skip a beat, with all new state of the art equipment allowing us to provide detailed expertise in each step of our process.

1. We will begin by pre-treating stains, rust spots, and contamination to promote better stain removal in the next Hydro cleaning phase.
2. Hydro-Clean the surface with 4000 PSI Hot water pressure at 250 ‘F. This steam cleaning method cleans dirt and melts away tire marks, grease and oil from your pavers. Standard pressure washing by nozzle just wont work!
3. Apply Algaecide to decay mold, and prevent weed growth in between paver bricks.
4. Re-Grout Silica sand as needed. We use a 4 grain blend of kiln dried Silica specially formulated for superior compaction on paver drives and walk ways. We shop vac and clean off excess silica to leave job perfectly clean.
5. We Stabilize new grout silica with a flood coat primer. This seals in the silica and promotes strength and durability.
6. We apply an additional 1-2 thick layers of topical paver sealant for a total of 2-3 durable layers, depending on materials used, that will provide years of worry free protection. A non skid additive can be included at no cost.

All this in addition to a 3 year paver sealing warranty. In most cases, we will conduct a google map visual of your drive and provide a 95% accurate quote by phone. The crew leader upon arrival at your home will conduct an accurate measurement of your project and provide a written quote before the start of your job. This process is quick, easy and hassle free!
